We are excited to welcome Ryland Kennemore to the Dantherm Cooling team!
A recent graduate of Clemson University, Ryland joins us in a Buyer position. As we continue to grow, Ryland will support our warehouse and inventory management efforts to help ensure we continue to offer the best lead times in the industry.
A few fun facts about Ryland: His favorite book is “How to Win Friends and Influence People” by Dale Carnegie, he enjoys Reese’s, and he currently spends “all weekend, every weekend” renovating a home for him and his fiancé!
Good luck on your home Ryand, and welcome to the team !
Here at Dantherm Cooling we strive to not only provide the best cooling solutions on the market, but also the best customer support.
Leading that charge is our very own industry expert, Josh Richey With close to 20 years of service experience, Josh is the go-to for Dantherm Cooling technical support.
We recently got some feedback direct from the field concerning Josh’s support efforts. Jeff Baker with TWC Services, Inc. says, “Hands down, the best technical support experience ever…. Josh even took the time to call me after hours and face-time with me to help me out”.
Josh says “I love my job and being able to help the techs in the field. I’ve been in their shoes and I know the value of a strong support system.“
Thanks for being an integral part of the team Josh and going above and beyond to support our customers!
During our hot and humid summer months at Dantherm Headquarters in Spartanburg, South Carolina, we all need to stay cool! So, while our production crew enjoyed their holiday weekend, we took advantage of the down time and completed a planned renovation to install 280 ft. of custom Duct Sox, delivering 70 tons of Air Conditioning across our entire manufacturing facility.
One of our warehouse employees Chanla, affectionately known as “L.A.” commented when he saw the new Duct, “It looks cool! But Hey, that’s what we do here, Keep it Cool!“. After a fist bump, he was off on the forklift with a smile on his face, ready to pick another order.
Thank you to L.A. and all our production associates who make what we do so cool!
Our success is rooted on the belief that our people come first. Family, Customers, and then Products – In that order.
We are always looking for ways to give back to our team. Like last year in the middle of the pandemic, when regular staples were impossible to find on store shelves, management saw an opportunity. We were able to buy items in bulk like ground beef and toilet paper and divide them up among employees just as a little extra thank you!
We also like to recognize birthdays. Heng Chea, a Dantherm veteran got a surprise in his birthday card this month and a cookie cake for a little fun during break with the team!
World class products are just part of what we build here at Dantherm Cooling.
Dan is at it again!

Dantherm Cooling is grounded on family principles. We work hard to make sure our culture is welcoming of not only visitors to the company, but our own families.
Meet Sophal (Paul) Dom pictured above right. With nearly 10 years with Dantherm, Paul knew it would be a perfect team for his sons, Brandon, and Cameron, pictured below, to join! Affectionately known as ”The Twins”, you can’t walk through the production floor with out seeing their infectious smiles.
Thanks for all you do Paul, Brandon, and Cameron!
