Dantherm Cooling has expanded our fabrication capabilities by acquiring a second Trumpf TruBend 2100 Press Brake. This new addition will create a more streamlined fabrication workflow as we continue to expand our operations.
Built to Scale
We have experienced substantial growth in the last year, with our production volume seeing an increase of over 50% since last year. Adding this second press brake will increase our forming capacity, as we respond to increased production volume. Our TruPunch 5000 can produce parts faster than a single press brake can form them. Acquiring the second press brake allows us to increase our forming capacity and greatly reduce lead times. This also allows us to perform more fabrication processes in-house, eliminating risk and delays associated with outsourcing forming operations.
Streamlined Production for Our Customers
While there are many operational benefits from acquiring this second press brake, there is an even stronger positive impact on our customers. Our customers’ parts will be able to move through our facilities faster, streamlining the production process and allowing for quicker delivery.
Another benefit of this new press brake is that it brings more work in-house and gives us greater control over product quality. Our additional TruBend 2100 reduces the need to use an outside source to form specific parts. We now have more control over adapting to urgent orders and changing customer demand.
Commitment to Quality
This investment completes a more balanced fabrication process alongside our TruPunch 5000. We are able to reinforce our commitment to quality, while simultaneously increasing production efficiency and reducing lead times. This investment allows us to operate more efficiently while continuing to produce high-quality products and meet our customers’ growing needs.
