Spartanburg SC, 9/5/2025 – Dantherm Cooling is excited to announce the arrival of a Trumpf TruBend 2100 press brake to our production floor. This strategic investment marks a significant milestone in Dantherm’s ongoing commitment to innovation, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
The TRUMPF TruBend 2100 is a high-precision press brake, designed to deliver exceptional performance in sheet metal forming. The press brake is engineered to offer a bending length of up to 10 feet and a pressing force of 110 tons, along with an intuitive touchscreen panel equipped with user-friendly software and built-in safety systems, with electronic monitoring on both the side and rear doors. The TruBend 2100 excels in ease of use and precise control, making it ideal for a wide variety of part sizes and materials. Previously, Dantherm outsourced this work to its parent company Dane Manufacturing, a Fab 40 metal fabricator located in Wisconsin. Partnering with Dane to bring these capabilities in-house allows Dantherm tighter control.
Dantherm plans to have the unit operational by the end of September, and employees are excited to begin production with the new unit. “With the introduction of the Trumpf TruBend 2100 to our production floor, Dantherm Cooling will have the ability to significantly decrease customer lead time and improve plant efficiency by forming sheet metal for our units internally-simultaneously eliminating both transportation costs and vendor delays.” said Dantherm Plant Manager Sean Arrends.
